Utilizing over the phone enrollment will allow our system to pre-populate your employee paperwork prior to mailing it to you. This feature will help minimize corrections and decrease processing time. If you have a new employee to hire and would like to use this new feature, call 1-877-908-1752 today. Please have your employee's information ready or if possible, call with the employee present. A representative will enter the information and will mail you a pre-populated employee packet.
